BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Once you have registered your interest in one of our tours, you will receive an email confirming the availability and price of the tour. In order to secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the total cost of your tour is required. Balance payments must be received no later than 60 days before departure. If bookings are made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required. Once your down payment is applied, we will email you an invoice to confirm your booking. If you wish to make any changes to your touror cancellation once the booking has been made, please inform us via email immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The date of your cancellation will be deemed as the date when written notice is received by Wildlife Pantanal Tours. In order to cover any costs incurred by your cancellation as we may be unable to resell your holiday or the services that we have put in place costs and cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

Wildlife Pantanal Tours reserves the right to alter your itinerary or accommodation preferences in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
Payment can be made by money order, or wire transfer(Transferwise or Paypal). We accept PayPal, however PayPal card charges 7,4% in fees to process the transaction. We do not mark our trips to cover that. If you still wish to use PayPal to pay your balance, we need the fee covered.
