Terms & Conditions

BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Once you have registered your interest in one of our tours, you will receive an email confirming the availability and costs. In order to secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation (DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE)Balance payments must be received no later than 60 days before departure. If bookings are made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required. Once your down payment is applied, we will email you an invoice to confirm your booking. If you wish to make any change or cancellation once the booking has been made, please inform us via email immediately by emailing wildlifepantanaltours@gmail.com. The date of your cancellation will be deemed as the date when written notice is received by Wildlife Pantanal Tours.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

If you or any person that you are travelling with is forced to cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Once we have received your notification in writing your cancellation is effective, until this time it is not. In order to cover any costs incurred by your cancellation as we may be unable to resell your holiday or the services that we have put in place costs and cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

*For cancellations made between 59 to 39 days of departure, 50% of total payment will be refunded.

**Cancellation made 39 days or less than that, before tour starts, qualify for no refund.

Purchase Travelers Insurance if you are concerned about this possibility. Once the tour has started, no refunds will be given for unused service.

Wildlife Pantanal Tours reserves the right to alter your itinerary or accommodation preferences in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
 


FORM OF PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by money order, wire transfer or credit card.

INSURANCE:
Wildlife Pantanal Tours strongly recommends travel insurance. Appropriate insurance should cover the following: repatriation, cancellation or curtailment, medical expenses, loss of luggage, death, illness, loss or theft of personal property. Please note that more adventurous activities such as tracking wild animals, horse back riding, and crossing canopy walkways should also be covered.
